Play the piece in different registers on the keyboard (do students like the piece played higher or lower?)
Have students ātransposeā the piece by moving the hands to a different position. Donāt worry if you run into interval issues with accidentals in other tonal centers (this is a good lesson in and of itself)
If possible (if their feet can reach the floor, or you have a pedal extender) explore using the damper pedal (even just half-pedalling) through this piece.
